{ party time! }

We had a wonderful time celebrating Oliver & Stella's birthday last weekend! With the party being held at the park, I was praying to the weather gods that we would be granted a nice day. And, we were. Mild temps and some sunshine......perfect for a park/pool party!

We kept things super simple and both O & S got the one thing they wanted. Cake!

But evidently setting out the cakes too early, equates to gawkers.

And of course taste testers.

After standing around because she didn't want to get her dress dirty (really?!), Stella finally decided it was okay to go play on the playground with her party guests. But only if she held her dress up. Ha!

At least she was safe from getting it dirty when everyone decided to take a dip in the pool.

No arguments from any of the 30+ kids when it was time for cake.

Not sure of the exact amount, but both Oliver and Stella consumed their fair share of cake....and even more frosting.

Although the fact that they got a juice box might have been even more of a highlight.

A wonderful celebration with so many special friends and family present. Hooray!!
