{ christmas: part 3 }

The final Christmas stop was Cumberland to celebrate at the Lodge. Everyone was there and the weather for the first two days cooperated for some fun outdoor activities. Including Oliver and Stella's first time on snowmobiles!

We had to spend all the time we could outside before the arctic temps arrived on Sunday!

Before opening gifts on Friday night, we (unsuccesfully) cheered on the Gophers.

Then it was on to finding out what was in those big wrapped boxes! O and S were spoiled with a lot of wonderful gifts. Princess dress-up clothes, dinosaurs, games.......the biggest hits for each of them were a ballerina jewelry box and a fire station/vehicles playset (a Craigslist score!).

Though the dress-up clothes were definitely put to use!

There was a lot of putting away the bad guys.

The rest of the weekend was spent just hanging out, eating, playing, and relaxing!

Now it's back to reality!
